This week, middle school students are providing feedback to their teachers as part of our commitment to continuous growth and improvement. The feedback includes a variety of questions for students to rank their thoughts on including communication, organization, and the type of feedback students receive in class. Student voice and reflection are important parts of our learning community. Teachers will review the results, identify trends, and use the insights to further strengthen teaching and learning.

ACS Transitioning Family Workshop 

On Wednesday, May 7th  our school-wide counseling team hosted a transition workshop for families departing ACS at the end of the year. It was an excellent opportunity for families to come together and think intentionally about how they would wrap up their time in Amman and at ACS. Families thought through places they want to visit one more time, ways to say goodbye to important people, routines or structures needed in their new place to make it feel like home, and all the emotions and uncertainties that come with transition.

We look forward to continuing this tradition, and I want to thank our ACS counseling team for their leadership in this initiative and all the families who joined us. 

Middle School Visual Arts Showcase

You're warmly invited to the Middle School Visual Arts Showcase on Sunday, May 11 till May 12 at The Atrium 8:00am - 3:00pm. This special event highlights the incredible creativity and hard work of our middle school students, who have spent the semester exploring a wide range of artistic mediums. Come enjoy an inspiring display of painting, embroidery, jewelry, ceramics, and printmaking—all crafted by our talented young artists. Bring your family and friends to celebrate their accomplishments and experience the vibrant world of student art. We look forward to seeing you there!

Come and experience Visual and Sound Art with our talented MS and HS students on May 14th in the ACS Theatre.

The HS Art exhibition with live music starts at 4:15 and Concludes with our Spring Concert at 5:30.
