It is that time of year again. The PTG is now accepting applications for the 2025/26 School year. The following Executive Team positions are open:
1. Vice President
2. Booster Club Representative
3. US Embassy Representative
We are also seeking volunteers to be Event Chairs. In order to ensure that your favorite community events can continue, consider volunteering today! Please note these are for the event during the 2025/6 school year only. One person can apply for more than one roll, and each position is open to multiple people. Each Event Chair will work closely with the Executive team to plan, organize, recruit, market and execute each event.
1. PTG Event Chairs - Spooktacular, Winter Celebration, Bingo Night, Jordan Day, Art Workshops and ES Class Parent
2. Booster Club Seasonal Chairs - Seasons 1, 2 and 3
If you have any questions, please reach out to the PTG on our WhatsApp groups or at ptg@acsamman.edu.jo and we would be happy to speak to you. When you are ready to run for a position, please fill out this form no later than WEDNESDAY 26 FEBRUARY.
Elections will be held at the 5 March General PTG Meeting, with voting online and in-person.
On 13 March 2025 at 18:30, the PTG and ES StuCo will co-host a Family Iftar and Bingo Night! But we need your help to get ready. Please join us next Wednesday 12/2 at 8am in the Parent Cafe to see how you can volunteer.
