Introducing the ACS Community Pledge

Our community's strength is rooted in our shared commitment to fostering a positive and safe learning environment for all students. Previously, our Parent Profile outlined expectations for parent involvement in creating such an environment. We've now expanded these expectations to include faculty, staff, and students, and have formalized them into the Community Pledge.

Our new Community Pledge asks all members of our community to actively contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment. This includes promoting positive behavior, fostering a strong sense of belonging, and supporting our school's mission. In partnership, we aim to be a school where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Parking at ACS Parking Lot

When parking in the ACS parking lot, please make sure that you or your driver park the car between the 2 white lines to ensure that there are enough spots for other cars. 

Campus Facilities Access

Our facilities are always bustling and we wanted to update you on family access for the 24-25 school year. ACS facilities (field, playground, pool, and uppergym) during non-student times will be available for ACS badge holders only (No outside guests) 

• ACS facilities close at 8pm. 

• Please note that the field and upper gym times will change weekly. 

Weekend of August 23rd and 24th  

Field, playground, uppergym: 5am-8pm 

• (August 23rd) Field and Playground: 5am-1pm (closed from 1pm onward) 

• (August 24th) Field and Playground: 5am - 8pm 

• Friday (August 23rd) Upper gym: Open court with hoops 5am-8pm 

• Saturday (August 24th) Upper gym: Tennis nets will be set up on Saturday (August 23rd) from 8-11am (first come first serve) 11am-8pm open court for shooting 

• No food or drink allowed in any of these area. 

• Be respectful of the space and clean up after yourself. 

Pool Access (family swim) 

• Saturdays: 9:00-11:00 am and 12:00-2:00 pm. Sign-up is required. 

• Wednesdays: 4:15-5:15 pm 

• Thursdays: 4:45-5:45 pm 

To maintain a proper lifeguard-to-bather ratio, please sign up for Saturdays as high demand is expected from our staff, families, and the community.To ensure a quality swimming experience for everyone, please adhere to the pool rules and regulations for the safety of all.
