Many thanks for your efforts to support an efficient and enjoyable drop off at school in the morning. We appreciate you keeping the lanes in the parking lot clear!
A final reminder that next Thursday, November 28th, school will be closed to observe our November long weekend. Look out in next Wednesday’s WGO for campus access hours.

A Big Thanks to Our Environmental Committees!
Last week, our High School and Elementary Environmental Committees teamed up for a meaningful forest cleanup, rolling up their sleeves and showing real care for our environment. With gloves on and bags in hand, they worked together to clear litter, sort recyclables, and leave the forest looking its best.
It was inspiring to see our students reflect on the impact of their efforts and talk about how each of us can make a difference. Huge appreciation goes out to these young leaders—they’ve set an example for all of us, reminding us of the power of coming together to care for our planet. Great work, everyone!
Athletics and Activities:
NEW! Calendar regarding Activities for your convenience
ASA's and Activities window has closed on PowerSchool
ASA's for session two: Dec. 2nd-Feb. 13th
Athletics for season two will all start next week. Please make sure you are looking at the Activities site for exact start dates and information regarding the upcoming holiday break.
Campus Access for ACS Parents and Students
The following campus access procedure is for when school is in session only. Hours and availability during school vacations/holidays will be publicized in the WGO.
Our facilities are always bustling and we wanted to update you on family access for the 24-25 school year. ACS facilities (field, playground, pool, and upper gym) during non-student times will be available for ACS badge holders only (No outside guests unless attending an ACS event )
ACS facilities close at 8 pm.
The main gym is off-limits
Please note that the field and upper gym times will change weekly.
Friday, November 22nd
The field is open 5am-8pm (No food or drink)
Playground 5am-8pm
Upper gym: Tennis nets will be set up and hoops will be down (9-8pm)
Saturday, November 23rd
The field closed from 10-1pm for a charity event with our students and Reclaim Childhood
Playground 5am-8pm
Upper gym: Tennis nets will be set up and hoops will be down (9-8pm)
Pool Access (family swim)
- Saturdays: 9:00 to 11:00 AM and 12:00 to 2:00 PM: Saturday's Swim needs a sign up to reserve spots.
- Mondays: 4:45 to 5:30 PM
- Thursdays: 4:45 to 5:45 PM
