Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!

Whether you are a new family or a returning one, it is a pleasure to welcome you to the American Community School. We believe in fostering collaborative partnerships between our school and the community to create a safe and inspiring learning environment for our students.

Our Elementary School is a warm and caring environment where strong relationships are the cornerstone of our community. This year, our focus will be on our three core values: community, empowerment, and growth. Our goal is to create opportunities for compassionate learners to embrace challenges, value perspectives, and become resilient global advocates.

I am excited to introduce you to a familiar face in a new role. Please join me in congratulating Lindsey Cayer, our returning Elementary music teacher, who will also be taking on the part-time position of ES Leadership & Learning Coordinator. You may have seen her on the stage or at other school events. Lindsey is a skilled educator and a wonderful addition to our leadership team. She will support teachers, students, and families in various ways. I encourage you to seek her support just as you might from Andy Martinez or me.
