What a great first week of school! It was so great to finally have the beautiful chaos of middle school students in our hallway. We hope that this has been a fun and exciting week for your students.

This week we welcomed 27 new students, 5 new teachers, and 3 new administrators to the Middle School community. And true to the reputation of ACS, we were all welcomed with open arms. As we head into our first full week of school, students should ensure they are prepared and bringing their supplies every day, getting back into the routines of homework, and are signing up for activities and athletics in PowerSchool.

We would also like to welcome all of you to the Back to School Night on 1 September at 5:00 in the theater. This is a great time to meet the teachers, connect with the broader community, and come and meet the new leadership team.

MS Celebrations

We would like to recognise and celebrate our MS Ambassadors!

These 15 Middle School students came back to school a day early to ensure our newest community members felt welcomed and prepared for starting school.

These children are actively demonstrating “Take care of others”, and they did a wonderful job.

If your child would like to be a MS Ambassador, encourage them to speak with our MS Counselor Ms. Martinez.

MS Updates

As our MS families settle into their school routine, we know the majority of children either catch a bus or car home, however we are aware that some families live very close to school and would like their MS child to walk home.

If you are planning for your MS child to walk home, please complete THIS FORM for our records.

Please note, this is NOT an option for ES children.

Student Opportunities

Along with sports, there are a number of other ways for children to participate in the Middle School. Ask your child about the upcoming opportunities to join.

Scorpions, the wait is over! It's time to gear up for the new season!

PowerSchool sign-ups open on Tuesday, August 12. Sign up early to secure your spot and know your schedule for the season.
