The Board of Trustees will hold an optional Town Hall meeting for all interested parents on Monday, April 6th. Parents in-country can attend online (Zoom link) or in person (Room 127) from 8:00 - 8:45 am. Parents out of the country can attend online (Zoom link) from 5:00 - 5:45 pm (Amman Time). While no new security information is available, Trustees will use this time to hear from parents and answer safety and security queries as they are able.
Sunday, April 5th, is a holiday. Classes will be suspended and campus access restricted (see schedule below). For those of you observing the Eastern Orthodox Easter season, please enjoy Palm Sunday!

Tuition Fees for 2026 - 27 Academic Year
As per the email sent from the Board of Trustees to the community yesterday, here are the tuition fees for next school year:
Cafeteria Services Update
We would like to inform you that the American Community School (ACS) has published a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the local newspaper to identify qualified food service providers to operate the school cafeteria for 2026-2027
This step is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure high-quality food services for our students and community.

Campus Facilities Access: Weekend Update April 3-5
ACS facilities (field, playground, pool, and upper gym) remain open during non-student times for ACS badge holders only (no outside guests). Please note the following guidelines and safety procedures:
Limited Access & Safety: In the event of a siren, please be aware that staff will not be on-site to direct movement. All community members are responsible for following "stay-in-place" procedures immediately.
Designated 'Stay in Place' areas: If a siren sounds while you are outdoors, please proceed directly to the 4th floor if you are on the Tennis Courts *considered outdoors, pool lobby if you are on the field/playground for cover (as the campus will closed).
Closing Time: All facilities close strictly at 8:00 pm.
Facility Rules: No food or drink allowed. Please respect the space and clean up after use.
Pool Access (Family Swim) - Pool access will be closed on April 4th due to a long weekend.
