Science Fair 

To make this year’s Science Fair a truly memorable experience for our students (Grades 4–12), we are looking for community members to help us build a reward pool for our winners. Our goal is to ensure every winning project is recognized with a meaningful prize.

If you, or a business you are connected with, would like to volunteer a contribution to help celebrate these students' hard work, we would love to hear from you. All proceeds from the event will go to support the Collateral Repair Project (CRP).

REMINDER: Re-Enrollment Process and Deadlines for 2026–2027

Re-enrollment emails have been sent to all parents, and we will continue to send out reminders until the deadline. Please read the information below to ensure your child secures a seat for the 2026–2027 school year. 

If you have not received a re-enrollment email, please contact admissions@acsamman.edu.jo. 

Re-Enrollment Form Required for Withdrawing & Returning Students

Please complete the form to indicate whether you are withdrawing or returning. Parents who did not complete the re-enrollment form will continue to receive reminders until the form submission deadline. Invoices will only be sent to families who have completed the re-enrollment form. 

Important: It is essential for withdrawing students to also complete the form so that we can prepare for the student's departure and ensure a smooth transition from ACS. 

Form Submission Deadline: Saturday, January 10, 2026

If the form is not submitted by the deadline, we will assume your child is not returning, and you will not receive an invoice. If you need to change your response after the deadline, email the Admissions Office at admissions@acsamman.edu.jo. 

Payment Deadline to Secure a Seat: January 26, 2026

Payment must be received by this date. After the deadline, we will release the seat and offer it to new students. If you decide to re-enroll later, it will depend on space available, and a seat cannot be guaranteed.

If You Are Not Yet Sure About Returning

We encourage you to complete the form and pay the registration fee. If your plans change and you leave Jordan, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee if you inform the Business Office by July 26, 2026.

Happy Holidays: Campus Access Schedule

The Activities Office wishes our community a wonderful holiday season! We will close the campus for the holidays and then open according to the schedule below.

Holiday Schedule:

• Dec 19 – Dec 27: CAMPUS CLOSED for maintenance.

• Dec 28 – Dec 30: OPEN (for timings - see below).

• Dec 31 – Jan 1: CAMPUS CLOSED (New Year Holiday).

• Jan 2 Onwards: OPEN (for timings - see below).

Community Lap Swim:

 We are offering Lap Swim sessions on the specific dates below. Sign-up is mandatory here.

• Sun, Dec 28 & Mon, Dec 29: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• Sun, Jan 4 & Mon, Jan 5: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Access Rules

• Who: ACS Badge holders only (Students, Staff, Parents). No guests allowed.

• Hours: On "Open" days, all facilities open at 8AM and close at 8:00 PM.

• Spaces: The Field and Upper Gym/Tennis Courts are accessible during open hours.

• Etiquette: No food or drink (water only). Please help keep our campus clean.
