It is hard to believe that December is almost upon us! Please remember that tomorrow, Thursday, November 27th, is a holiday, so classes are suspended. For those of you observing US Thanksgiving, enjoy!
In preparation for the end of the semester, we will place all lost-and-found items on tables in the atrium (near the bus exit) from Sunday, December 14th - Thursday, December 18th. Items not retrieved after that date will be donated to charity. Please note that pool related items (eg: goggles, caps, etc.) will be displayed in the pool area during the same week.

Families Withdrawing from ACS for the Second Semester
If your family is planning to withdraw from ACS for the second semester, please inform the Business Office and your section office by December 17, 2025. Families who notify us by the deadline will receive a refund for the second semester tuition and bus fees only.

We’re excited for you to experience Into the Woods on December 4–5! Our Middle and High School cast has been preparing for months, and they’re ready to perform for the whole community.

The Crafts Market: A hand picked collection of handicrafts curated by our ACS Junior for her personal project, Tala Khitan, helping the handicrafts men & women of Souq Jara during the it’s winter closure.
Pop-Up for Hope: Unique vendors donating 50% of their proceeds to displaced Gazan students, families and cancer patients in Jordan.
H4H Market: lots of ACS favorites, local businesses & seasonal items. Get to know organizations who help local communities… ask them questions, they love our Scorpions’ insights and ideas!
Food Market: Yummy festive eats from Landmark hotel and delicious hot drinks to beat the cold-weather from one of Amman’s trendiest coffee houses: Base Coffee

Athletics and Activities:
U19 Boys & Girls Football
A big celebration for our Athletics program.
Both the U19 Girls and U19 Boys teams captured the AAC Championship titles this past week.
The level of play was outstanding from start to finish.
Students showed discipline, teamwork, and strong competitive character.
The Girls team delivered a consistent performance throughout the tournament.
The Boys team closed out a tough final with smart decisions and resilience.
These wins highlight the hard work of our players and coaches.
They represent ACS with pride and set a high standard for the seasons ahead.
Congratulations to both teams on a fantastic achievement.
Afterschool Exploration Program – Session II
Sign-ups open soon for Session II of the Afterschool Exploration Program.
Registration will open on Thursday November 20 at 12PM and will remain available on PowerSchool until November 30 at 9AM.
All sign-ups must be completed through PowerSchool.

Campus Facilities Access
ACS facilities (field, playground, pool, and upper gym) are open during non-student times for ACS badge holders only (no outside guests).
Facilities close at 8:00 pm.
No food or drink allowed. Please respect the space and clean up after use.
Pool Access (Family Swim)
Pool access is closed this weekend during the Thanksgiving holiday (Satuday Nov 28).
