Hope all of you will join us tomorrow for Spooktacular! A huge thank you in advance to the PTG for organizing such a magical event, have a look at the Spooktacular program, it doesn’t disappoint. Another warm thank you goes out to all our volunteers who are helping bring the different visions to life - we cannot wait to see you all there!
We’re looking forward to seeing you at the Fall 2025 Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 16. Please note that there will be no classes for students on this day.
We encourage your child to join you during the conference, as it’s a wonderful opportunity for them to engage in meaningful discussions about their progress.

Accepting Applications for 2026 - 2027 Academic Year
Understanding MAP at ACS
Parents of students in grades 2-10 can access their child(ren)’s MAP scores on PowerSchool. Please see the link below if you need help finding your child’s MAP report. To learn more about MAP at ACS, you can find a presentation here.
Click here to view directions on how to access MAP Reports on the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal. The MAP Reports will be available for parents at 3:00 PM today, Thursday, October 9th.
American Community Organization (ACO) General Meeting October 14/October 28, 2024
The ACO General meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 14 at 3:15 in Room 127. If there is no quorum, a second meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 28 in the Learning Commons at 5:30 p.m.

SAISA Girls Volleyball is Coming to ACS!
SAISA Girls Volleyball is Coming to ACS!
From October 30 to November 1, 2025, ACS will proudly host the SAISA Girls Volleyball Tournament right here on campus.
This exciting event will bring teams from across the SAISA region to Amman, and it’s our chance to showcase not just our volleyball talent, but also our incredible Scorpion Spirit.
We invite the entire ACS community—students, parents, staff, and families—to join us in the gym, cheer on our team, and give our guests the warm welcome ACS is known for.

Campus Facilities Access
ACS facilities (field, playground, pool, and upper gym) are open during non-student times for ACS badge holders only (no outside guests).
Facilities close at 8:00 pm.
Field and upper gym times will rotate weekly.
No food or drink allowed. Please respect the space and clean up after use.
Pool Access (Family Swim)
Saturdays: 9:00–11:00 am and 12:00–2:00 pm (Sign-up)
Mondays 4:45–5:30 pm
Thursdays: 4:45–5:45 pm
To maintain a safe lifeguard-to-bather ratio, please sign up for Saturdays as demand is high. Follow pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Booster Club – Volunteers Needed The Booster Club is looking for Team Parents for every team and activity (sports, theater, and more). Team Parents help with:
Posting reminders in WhatsApp groups to cheer at games.
Organizing snack table contributions.
Supporting fundraising at games, shows, and events.
Funds raised support the end-of-year recognition ceremony for MS & HS. Sign Up Here
